Has to be a BBQ! With my summer songs playing in the background!
A nice salad:- Potato salad, coleslaw, ice berg lettuce, tomatoes, raw onions
A bacon beef burger with Thousand Island Sauce, onions and onion rings
Potato wedges done on the grill
Rhubarb pie and vanilla ice cream
all washed down with a glass of Coca Cola with ice!
As DH usually takes over the BBQ cooking it gives me a night off from cooking so I love it even more, lol!!!
